*Total demand in December 2003 was down 2.5% on December 2002 to 66.4 billion
kWh across the 10 companies.
Demand excluding Extra High Voltage Demand
*Commercial and lighting demand posted declines of 2.0% and 3.6% respectively.
The declines were due to decreased demand for heating caused by higher
temperatures in November and December.
