Concerning the Route for the Fifth Return Shipment of Vitrified Waste from Europe to Japan

The above parties announced on 27 December 1999 to release, three days after the ship left port, details of the route for the fifth return shipment of vitrified waste from France to Japan, and also to make public the approximate date of arrival in Japan. In accordance with this announcement, the relevant details are as follows:
1. The route of the shipment will be via the Panama Canal
2. The ship is expected to arrive in Japan late February, 2000
