Please be advised that the following information will be communicated in advance in relation to the fifth return shipment of vitrified canisters from Europe to Japan. This communication plan was confirmed through coordination efforts between governments and industrial parties in Japan, the UK and France.
1. The date of departure, name of the ship and name of the departing port will be communicated on one or two days before departure.
2. Transport route and approximate timing of ship's arrival in Japan will be communicated one day after the departure of the shipment.
3. Estimated arrival date at Mutsu-Ogawara port in Japan will be communicated two or three weeks before arrival of the shipment.
